Over the years I have hunted with many breeds, types, and lines of dogs. Since I moved to Moultrie, Georgia from Connersville, Indiana in the early 90's, I fell in love with a type of dog known as the "Treeing Feist". My family had owned Feist before, but we mainly focused on hunting and breeding Mountain Curs. When I moved to the south, I shifted my interest to hunting, raising, and breeding Treeing Feist. I did my homework and researched several breeders and different lines of Feists to achieve the kennel I now have. I am a very particular hunter; my dogs must have a head full of sense and utilize their eyes, ears, and nose to tree game. They MUST hunt hard, tree quick, and stay treed. I also want my line of dogs to have the "Heart of a Lion" and NOT know what the word quit means. I want the lines of Feist that I hunt and breed to be a pleasure to hunt with, and yet be able to contend in the competition realm. My Feist will range between 15" to 17" tall at the shoulder and weigh between 17 and 26 pounds. Some will have "Stand Up" ears and other's ears will break over at the ends. Their colors will vary from mostly white with tan or black patches to brindle and white trim to anything in between. Most importantly, all of my Feist are bred to be Squirrel Dogs. "All That Jazz Squirrel Dog Kennels" is NOT a puppy mill. We do try to have several litters of puppies each year from various crosses within our kennel. We do NOT breed our dogs just to have a bunch of puppies to sell. In our breeding program, it is our goal to advance the feist as a squirrel dog. Plus, to promote the sport of Squirrel Hunting with dogs. I carefully select which dogs I cross based on the genetic traits of each, in hopes of creating a squirrel dog with more well rounded abilities. As you may see, we have several dogs in our kennel. We are fortunate to have a few different hunters that can help out hunting some of our dogs. Our Feist are NKC, UKC and ATFA registered. The puppies we sell are NKC and UKC registered and eligible for ATFA registration once they start treeing their own game. I offer a "Full Money Back Guarantee" on every puppy I sell. If hunted and the puppy is not at the level you think it should be by the age of 14 months old and you bring it back to me completely healthy, I will refund your full purchase price. I am confident that if given a chance to do what they are bred to do, you will be completely satisfied with a Feist from "All That Jazz Squirrel Dog Kennel".
